What are my next steps after purchasing an annual pass?
1. Bring your digital ticket or a printout of it to the front desk at your next visit.
2. A cashier will help set up your annual pass and take your photo.
3. You will be given a card. Use this card at the front desk for each visit to have your play activated.

How do I use my friends and family discount?
The pass holder must be present to use the discount. It can be applied to all play options except for the arcade. The discount is combinable with the VIP member discounts but is not combinable with any other discounts.
Can I use my annual pass every day of the year?
Annual Passes may be used everyday Fort Fun is open to the general public.
Can I upgrade my annual pass to an annual pass plus?
Yes, you can! Upgrading will not reset the enrollment period, but it will add the 3 buddy passes to your pass.
How do I use my buddy passes if I have an annual pass plus?
Buddy passes are one time use only. For example, the annual pass plus holder can bring 3 friends on one day for free or bring one friend on three separate visits. Pass holder must be present to use the buddy passes.
